Mini Mermaid Running Club is a cross curricular programme that combines physical activity with mindfulness practices to help our girls be strong, confident, brave and active. During the programme, girls experience the powerful connection between moving their bodies and how it feels. Girls move at their own pace and own ability. Parents have shared how they’ve seen an increase in their daughter’s confidence and resilience after participating in the club, both inside and outside the classroom.
This half term we will be working with our girls from Year 4, where they are preparing for their 5km challenge run!
