What’s on the Menu?

Our school menu runs on a three-week cycle and includes:

  • A hot meal choice daily (meat and vegetarian options)

  • Fresh vegetables and salads

  • Homemade desserts and fresh fruit

  • Jacket potato or sandwich options where available

All meals are nut-free and prepared to meet government school food standards. Special diets (including dairy-free, halal, vegetarian and medical needs) are catered for — please speak to the school office.

The costs of the meals are £2.40 per day for Key Stage 2. Children in Key Stage 1 are currently entitled to Universal Free School Meals.

Dinner money should be paid in advance via Arbor.

Universal Free School Meals

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school lunch every day as part of the Universal Infant Free School Meals programme.

Families in Years 3–6 may also qualify for Free School Meals based on income. If you're unsure whether you’re eligible, please speak to us in confidence.

Packed Lunches

Children are welcome to bring their own packed lunch if preferred. We encourage healthy choices and ask that no sweets or nut products are included to support our healthy school and allergy-aware policy. Children can bring plain unflavoured water in their own water bottle if they wish.

We can’t accept responsibility for food lost, damaged or mislaid. If that happens, a meal will be provided which must be paid for the next day.
