Eco Warriors

As part of our continued efforts to help tackle climate change, we have elected two new eco warriors in all classes from Year 1 to Year 6. One of the jobs of the eco warrior is to present a weekly challenge to their class every Friday. Mr Barlow meets with the eco warriors beforehand to explain the challenge to them. The challenges can be found on the young climate warrior website: https://www.youngclimatewarriors.org/

Families of any child can sign up on the website if they would like to and take part in the ‘three challenge award’. Children who complete three challenges and ‘hit the red button’ receive certificates and badges. We hope you enjoy taking part in the challenges. Please let Mr Barlow know at year5@stmatthewleeds.co.uk if you have any problems registering on the website.
