SMART

A big ‘THANK YOU’ to our SMART Team for their support this half term.  They have really helped make Christmas extra special in and around school.  The children enjoyed pulling their Christmas crackers as they ate their Christmas lunch, Reception will soon receive their presents from Santa and KS2 have enjoyed choosing which class gifts they would like to buy with their SMART money. 

This term we also hosted our first ever Christmas Café which was a huge success – albeit a little wet!  The feedback was very positive, and we look forward to making the event even better next year thanks to your suggestions. Although we are still awaiting the final total for the event, and for the Christmas cards, the events have all helped to raise money for the school fund which is fantastic. 

Thank you to everyone who attended events, bought tickets and ordered cards, mugs etc.  The money raised will go a long way in supporting school this year.  Again, a huge thank you to SMART - the children and staff would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas.
