PUPIL SUPPORT COMMITTEE (SPRING TERM) - 9th March 2015
SUMMARY:
The Pupil Support Committee met on 9th March for their Spring Term Review. Key highlights as follows:
Progress is being made regarding parent voice. Staff are reviewing feedback from the forum held with parents and an action plan is being developed and will be communicated more widely during the summer term.
The Committee discussed and acknowledged the significant work involved in managing behavioural issues in school, which has placed a significant strain on members of staff.
The above two items will be taken forward for discussion at the full governing body meeting on 18th March.
Finally, the committee noted the really positive work that has taken place with the school council. This is having a beneficial impact throughout the school.
