Young Tritons

Young Tritons Running Club is a cross curricular programme that combines physical activity with mindfulness practices to help our boys become emotionally and physically balanced through self-compassion, empathy and cooperation. It highlights heart and mind strength, alongside physical strength. Rather than focusing on competition, physical activity, within this broadened definition of strength, celebrates teamwork and friendships.


This half term we are working with our boys from Year 4 where they have already begun preparing for their 5km challenge run!
